The way she brought Shii Ann into the alliance with herself/erin/jake/Ken/Shii Ann; and THEN turning around and promising Rob/Jedd/Steph that she would vote with them and vote out Shii Ann was freaking masterful. Shii Ann had no where to go and HAD to stay with Penny until Shii Ann was no longer useful.
That made absolutely no fucking sense.
