Okay, what's with all that crap in the yard? Is that a dumpster along the right hand side of the driveway? The picture is copyrighted 2008, that looks like it was taken in the winter so if the satellite shot was taken at the beginning of last year that might have been while it was under destruction construction.
According to the copy of the mortgage papers at RadarOnline, the loan was only for about $125k. Zillow says that house is worth a buttload more than that. I'm thinking all that cash Teresa was flashing about may have been the result of Teresa taking out an equity mortgage on the house. Makes me wonder if "Juicy Joe" (had to fight my gag reflex just to type that) knew anything about it since his name doesn't appear anywhere in the loan papers except at the beginning in the complaint section.
