The picture is copyrighted 2008, that looks like it was taken in the winter so if the satellite shot was taken at the beginning of last year that might have been while it was under destruction construction.

According to the copy of the mortgage papers at RadarOnline, the loan was only for about $125k. Zillow says that house is worth a buttload more than that. I'm thinking all that cash Teresa was flashing about may have been the result of Teresa taking out an equity mortgage on the house. Makes me wonder if "Juicy Joe" (had to fight my gag reflex just to type that) knew anything about it since his name doesn't appear anywhere in the loan papers except at the beginning in the complaint section.

I don't think that's the house that is being foreclosed on. Morris county property tax records show a 2005 mortgage by Teresa on a house built in 1920, bought for $170,000. The address is not the same as Indian Ln and it's valued at 286,000 on Zillow. 86 Pine Brook Rd, Lincoln Park, 07035 The satellite photo only shows trees so maybe it's hidden in there somewhere. The property tax records for the Indian Ln address (owners Giuseppe and Teresa Guidice) show it as a 3.77 acre lot, sold for 530,000 in 2001. The foreclosure papers say the property is in Lincoln Park. So we can all breathe easier knowing that Teresa is not losing her homage to tasteful decoration.....at least until foreclosure papers are filed on that house too.
