Theresa didn't say what Elena was up to. As far as I know Elena's been mostly up to musical theater projects. She played the lead in High School
Musical in April-June, it was extended through to June because of popularity from what I can tell. She has a website: http://www.elenajuatco.ca/ She's doing most of this stuff in Vancouver but she went to Queens I'm pretty sure for
Performing Arts, or was going prior to CI so I guess she's achieved her goal getting all these roles.
Apparently she occasionally sees Kalan.
I imagine Jacob's too busy and arrogant to keep in touch with his CI peeps, who knows and Jason was the one person I remember she was close with, he lives so far though so I dunno.
Sounds like she was living in Ontario for a while but she recently moved.
Re: not signing with Sony BMG. She said b/c of being independent she made $6 per CD sold, as opposed to the next to nothing we know other artists make. She said she sold 60 000 copies of TOC and ended up making $360 000 off that CD. That makes me smile. I'm sure none of the winners make $360 000 off their debut CD.
