One of the top guys commanding the HA's Nomads in Quebec/Canada was leading HA operations in Quebec..... the most violent biker region in the world. He was convicted of having two random prison guards murdered on their way home from work to send a message to all prison officers. There are something like a few dozen murders ordered during his reign.
