A nomad charter is for members who are floating to avoid law enforcement, or who hate stagnating in one clubhouse. As far as club rules once you are an Angel, SAMC, Bandido, you did your time, no need to prospect again. Of course being the newest member of a nomad chapter would mean you are the low guy on the totem pole.... unless you were like Sonny Barger or someone that legendary.
If SAMCRO were like the real clubs, Jax would have had to have done a major felony to be a member. That is what keeps the club honest (heh), everyone can use it on you if you become an informant.
