Kind of springing off the above question: I've kind of gotten the impression over the years that they know right away whose going to win. Once that's decided, whether it's preshow, episode 1, 4 whatever, then they create storylines that they enforce at judging and Tyra chooses pictures based on those storylines. IF Tyra even picks the pics. I could be totally off base tho.

And I think they got rid of judging challenges because Tybaby doesn't have time for them anymore now that she's a talk-show host extraordinare. In one of the interviews she gave after she got canned, Paulina called out Tyra and said she would always show up late for judging and stuff imageimage
