I have a script of New Moon. It's not particularly badly written...it's just that Bella is by far the least interesting character, and she takes up 99.5% of it. She literally cannot do anything without a man. I remember reading one part where she pissed Jacob off (after telling him for the 100th time that she wasn't interested in him like that), so he stopped talking to her, and she kept calling him NONSTOP. If I was him, I would've blocked that girl's number. She was PRESSED.

And one of her lines said something like "without Jacob, I needed Edward more than ever." This girl really needs to find a hobby.

But that was an earlier draft. I'm not sure if any of those scenes made the movie, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
