A large part of why women haven't won is the F3 facing the jury, that heavily favors a man. Lets face it, this game is sexist, I mean take a look at the male and female winners, name the winners who are widely respected, and the winners who are widely disrespected. You're going to find that the women's wins are a lot less respected then the men's, they're much more likely to be called coattail riders then people seeing them as standing on their own and playing their own game.

I know people will disagree with me saying this, but I'm confident that had Yul been a girl that Ozzy would have won that season instead. Because Yul was the guy and Becky the girl people viewed Becky as the coattail rider and Yul as the guy in charge. Also Yul had the HII and the ability to use it as a threat to be seen doing something, and Becky didn't. If Yul was a girl though I think people would have been more likely to say "Yul you weren't the one running the game, Becky did her share of controlling things to", or "Yul you'd be nothing but another person sitting on the jury without the HII, without it you were totally worthless". The fact that Ozzy was a guy would have probably helped him be viewed as more in charge to had Yul been a girl.

Men also tend to get sent to EI a lot more often, so the HII twist favors them more as well. I mean when have women gone to EI? The only times I can think of a woman going to EI falls under one of these catagories.

-A woman had to be sent because a team of women lost the challenge, or two people had to go to EI and a man had won the challenge, making at least one woman have to go to EI.

-Being sent as punishment or to try to get them voted out.

-A twist selecting them to be sent to EI (like Sylvia for being picked as the leader, or Lisi for being the last person picked to be on a tribe)

The only woman who really has had much of a chance to ever find a HII was Sylvia, who had to dig it up in front of everyone, and without digging tools.
