Question regarding flaming/personal abuse.

What is considered abusive flaming?

I have read the legal page about personal abuse. I do understand that:

"Unfortunately, ezboard cannot evaluate the propriety of the hundreds of thousands of new posts made on its service each day. For example, we are simply not in any position to evaluate an allegation that a particular post is defamatory."

When does a posters comments cross the line to abusive conduct?

"To be clear, ezboard does not condone abusive conduct on its service. We cannot, however, censor legitimate content based on the mere allegation that it is abusive."

I usually ignore a particular poster's comments to me. IMO I believe s/he crossed the line from flaming to abuse in his/her comments to me.

I've waited about a week to to make a complaint about it because I didn't want to do so in the 'heat of the moment' so to speak.
I am still upset about many of the comments that were made by him/her.

There is not a personal abuse selection in the submit a ticket request. How do I report what I believe to be flaming that crossed the line into personal abuse?

Or do I just continue to ignore it?

I would prefer a pm answer to this. if that isn't possible then please answer here for me.
