I just saw the Early Show preview, and it looks like a pretty good cast. For those who said that the Cook Islands cast didn't fight enough and held back, I have one word for you: James.

Website up. I am probably one of the few who actually liked the Cook Islands cast.
I just hope this crew is entertaining. We once again have five asians...that's ten asians for the 2006-2007 Survivor year. Five whites, five blacks and four hispanics. Here's to a good season. |

Yeah I just looked at it too. I haven't watched the videos yet, but I'm glad they have them up already.
A guy named Boo? Wow. I liked the CI cast too, for the most part. There were some duds which were the product of recruiting for the race twist. Hopefully Fiji will be a bit different, and I think with people like James and Lisi, it should be pretty entertaining. |

I'm watching the vids now. I'm up to Jessica. Looks to be a more colorful and energetic cast, at least in theory! LOL.
I'll give my rundown after I watch them all. |

This may be a stupid question...and it might have been answered already in another forum.
But who is the caucasion woman in the white jacket with shoulder length brown hair in the line of walking castaways? She can be clearly seen in Sylvia's preshow interview video. I can't see this woman anywhere else in the official cast or on the website. |

First time I heard of it mentioned. Could be Melissa, the 20th castaway who dropped out after getting to Fiji.

That line of castaways is their preseason cast picture, which probably had to be redone the next day after the 20th member dropped out.

That's probably why they didn't replace her. The cast had already seen each other, been through everything already, etc.
Melissa looks white, but you never know! LOL. |

I really like the cast. It seems to have people who will be enjoyable, annoying, strategic, laid-back, etc. I'm only up to Edgardo in the videos, but I think Earl, Michelle and Sylvia are my favorites. |

Unfortunately James Boston tat just means hes from Boston ala Rob M and Tom W
yuck. Plus hes not nearly as hot as Shane.
