I interpreted the elevator scene totally differently than the rest of you. I saw it as Izzy already on her way up & out. She died, got on & was on
her way. George could either get on & go with, or still had the chance to live & go back. So funny how we see what we want to see.

There was a period there where the show was being relentless mocked, especially where the "ghost sex" was concerned. Did you ever take it

One thing we've gotten used to is being in the public eye and we learned to let everything roll off our backs. We knew where we were going; we had a road map. The rest of the audience didn't know where we were going. We all thought it was really surprising that anybody thought there was a ghost on our show. We're a medical show. We thought it was surprising that anybody would look at it and go, "Gee, that's a ghost." So that was surprising to us. But, other than that, we took it with a grain of salt. That gets on my nerves "Why would you think there was a ghost?" Oh I don't know, maybe the time when Meredith almost died and Izzie felt Denny's presence and just stood in the hall felling his wonderfulness. That wasn't a ghost then? Did Izzie have the cancer then? What a bitch |

For someone supposed to be a brilliant writer, she ripped off the whole George story from ER. One of the doctors jumped in front of a train and was brought in,
and they didn't realize it was their colleague until they tried to call him, and the cell phone rang in the pocket of the guy they were working on. Shit or
get off the pot, Shonda, I hope T R Knight and/or Katherine Heigl spill the beans about whether they will be back or not.

George will be back. Remember how they had to do surgery on his hand to save it....that sets up drama next year as to whether or not he'll be able to
perform surgery. And he has a built in girlfriend now. Storylines galore for George.

forms are in that section. (not just for Grey's, but DH, B&S, etc.)
There is also a forum of sorts, but poorly designed. The only good thing about it is that you can "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" other poster's opinions. I assume that is so ABC can see if anyone really agrees with opinion while avoiding being blasted for disagreeing. (The votes are anonymous) For a while it was apparently closed, but they are now taking new members, and the feedback form for Grey's Anatomy was pretty extensive this time, including not just this episode, but the entire season. If nothing else, it gives you an idea what ABC is really thinking about it's shows. |

I actually enjoyed the episode and I also thought that it was Thatcher and not George until the end. I feel so stupid not realizing it. I do have to say Shonda
is a huge bitch in that interview and she feels like she can do no wrong. Just admit you made some mistakes geez...
