I hate to admit though that her impression of Christina coming back from her shopping trip made me laugh. And I think that for a brief moment in her final words I actually heard a little personal responsibility. I have a feeling though that Christina's lack of experience is going to be a big negative for her. From culinary student to running one of Ramsay's kitchens in 3 years? Not sure if she would be able to handle that. Petrozza on the other hand could do it. What I see though is him falling just short. Then opening his own restaurant and a couple years down the road being on Kitchen Nightmares because he's such a slob! GREEN MEAT KILLS!!!
