I don't see them getting divorced any time soon. They will just live separately for a long time. But when they do, what about the $$? Technically, the
kids are actors, right? So, from what I know, they must set up a "Coogan" account and I believe that 40% of what the kids make goes into that
account and cannot be touched until they are 18. The parents cannot touch that $$ either. It is a special account that was created due to parents stealing
from their actor kids.
If this is not happening and all the $$ is going into J&K's bank account, then how will it be divided? What are the laws in PA? Is it a 50/50 state? Anyone know? For Kate, this all comes down to $$, so, will she lose half in a divorce and do the kids get F'd? |

I hate how Kate is obviously eating crew-prepared salads. Most of us moms didn't have time to chop stuff up after making lunch for our kids - we ate Mac N Cheese, hot dogs, and PBJs...and have the thighs to prove it!!! She's no longer a 'mom making it work' - she's a diva F-list actress. |
