From what I saw, Drew was decent, and I'm glad to see Bruno get another show.
I'll be surprised if it's anywhere near as successful as DWTS. We'll see if it lasts the season.

I hope this won't turn out to be like Fame the reality series, where they tried to focus on singing and dancing and ended up having people who could do
neither.

Its this or American Gladiators... two minutes of Wolf was enough to make me embrace Bruno.. he actually is quite sharp

Bruno did look pretty damn good in his wifebeater. That was one of the better moments.

Wow. So, ABC shelled out for the rights to Amazing Grace (free) and My Girl, muzak versions of Disco Inferno and I Like The Way You Move... didn't rent any
sort of buildings for the auditions... and we all know Carrie In Ann Arbor and Bruno work for food... this might be the cheapest show in television history.

I am unclear as to the exact point of this show except that ABC needed something if the writer's strike too place and clearly this was thrown together but
someone forgot to tell Bruno and Carrie Ann that well there is no point.. these two seem to think they are finding America's next greatest
Idol/Dancer/Talent.. which is all those shows thrown together. And Drew god bless him Lachey is holding on to having a career longer than the brother... Okay,
the cluster group fuck scene dance number frightens me. This does not bode well... well actually the first five minutes it didn't either but well... those
fucking writers

OMG I just finished watching this, and their supposedly big number at the end sucked major ass. I have seen better numbers from high school productions. What would Patti LaBelle do? |

Did anybody notice the size of Bruno's package? OMG. Phil from TAR has competition.

Errr, not sure what to make of this. The Fame shtick was bothersome. I've seen better dancers on SYTYCD and better singers on AI; maybe it IS that tough
to find people who can do both? :shrug.
Way too long of a show, I like audition clips but I was getting bored and Drew dressing up was just retarded. I didn't mind Carrie and Bruno though, they were okay but wow it dragged. I do like the dude who sang Amazing Grace though and Zack(h)? and the girl with the green eyes and personality. The trio of friends - wow, the girl who got cut - if the other two were her friends they should have told her she stinks. I'll keep going, if I suffered through a full two hours, I may as well see how this plays out. Still don't get why they named it Dance Wars when such a big deal is made over singers who can dance and dancers who can sing - it should have been Talent Wars or something. That is pretty much how bored I was; I obssessed over the inaccuracy of the title the whole time. |

I more or less watched the whole thing. I like Bruno & Carrie Ann and I'm interested to see how it plays out. I agree with Trix about the title, given
the emphasis on people who can both sing & dance. I was disappointed with only one of the elims when they cut down to 14, that of Quandrell, who was an
excellent gymnast and seemed to be a passable singer.

It's not a 'top shelf' show but it's a heck of a lot better than the other stuff on on a Monday night so I was glad to see something on. They
didn't seem to expect the caliber of talent that AI or SYTYCD look for. I hope they don't try to run this up against AI when it starts up though--that
would be dumb.
I enjoyed it. |

Bested only by the National Championship game in numbers.
I don't know what folks expect. As if DWTS, SYTYCD or even AI were actually compelling television instead of 10 minutes of entertainiment surrounded by 40 minute of filler. Are you 'avin' a laff? |

So far this 'Dance War' is more like a Quagmire and speaking of cheap, I love the industrial storage garage they rented to practice in, like it was the
set of Breakin 2: Electric Boogaloo in there.

I actually watched the second hour....and it was quite possibly the worst reality show in history.
It made Grease:You're the one that I want....look good. Plus the only person I cared about didn't even make the top 14. |

I thought it had the feel of Grease: You're the One that I Want, too. I enjoyed it, though. That guy, Zack, was pretty good. I'm sure they'll
polish them up.

I enjoyed it. I thought it was fun and I'd like to see where they go with it... where the "War" part come into play!

Drew needs to just come back to DWTS and kick the robot Samantha Harris to the curb. The show was ok glad it only lasts six weeks though
