That was so stupid, but it was stupidity borne of greed. He ignored the message sent last TC when he received a bunch of votes. There weren't enough to boot him, but it should have put him on notice that without an Immunity won from the challenge, he needed to spend his safety net to buy another week. He was hoping to avoid being booted just one more week and THEN he would use his idols. Man. That kind of stupidity is just sad.
