It's almost that time folks! Back to back episodes on Sunday (tomorrow) and a new episode of Monday! Here's hoping one of the male gladiators (not Titan or Toa) get a hang nail in the opening credits so that alternate Hammer can take their place for the
season.

Wolf is the only memorable one, with his facial hair and howling. I do like the name Hellga though.

I just wanted to point out to everybody that the referee for American Gladiators is the same referee that was in the movie Dodgeball.

Helga is a BIG GIRL....she looks like some horny Bavarian beer maid. She can nibble my stuedle anytime.
It's kinda weird, but I remember the first time this show was on...and back then, it seemed like the little dudes usually won over the bigger guys. It's going the same way this time. |

Wolf reminds me of Rupert what with all the yelling.
That guy that waited 14 years to get on the show, then on the first event, he broke two rules. They should have DQ'd him and brought in a reserve contestant. This round of gladiators seems a bit weaker than the original ones. The older versions > the 2008 revival. The revival seems too cheesy, where as the older versions made it more like a competition instead of an overblown production.

The women gladiators need to be better. Is that group the best they can come up with? (Although they have the hotness going for them...most of them.)
And Titan is my favorite. He was shockingly fast on that pyramid. |
