It was cute but it was not as good as I expected. I will probably give it another chance.

"Don't whisper yell at me?" - Did they just steal from Friday Night Lights?uh... that's not cool! Other than that... pretty solid show. I'll keep my season pass on the DVR a little longer. Plus IA with the posts above.. Johnny is very nice to look at. Was it just me or did the Dad seem to know that Eli would 'inherit' the uh 'anurism'? |

I think the better comparison is to Wonderfalls, which didn't deserve its hype, either.
Awful show. This guy used to boink Angelina? That's the most interesting thing about this series. Nice production values though. ABC sure can broadcast a stunning picture. Regrettably, this is just another dumbass lawyer show soon to be asterik'd under the L.A. Law curse. |

I liked it, but I have a feeling that this show will be great for a while, then start to get repetitive and crappier.
Jonny Lee Miller is so hot. |

Wonderfalls deserved MORE hype! As for Eli, I wanted to like it but I had to bail as soon as that bug eye banshee started screetching at Eli when he asked her about the music. Couldn't stand her on Boston Public or Grey's Anatomy. Unless someone can tell me she died by the end of the episode no more Eli for me. |

I didn't think it was going to be good at all, but I watched since there's nothing else really on right now...and I have to say that I was pleasantly
surprised. I will watch again. I've loved Johnny Lee Miller since Hackers.

I think it's irresponsible, all this careless whispering about the flu vaccine.

I didn't plan to like this, but found myself smiling all the way through. It was a treat. I wish tv could differentiate between Aspbergers and Autism
though. Little pet peeve of mine RAINMAN.
And this is priceless: all this careless whispering about the flu vaccine. LMAO. My niece is autistic and I'm familiar with a local community of autistic kids. 70-30 agree on the preservatives in the shot. Careless Whisper just cracked me the hell up. |

I just got around to watching this last night and really dug it, I will be giving it a chance. Lots of laugh out loud moments. Especially loved the
acupuncturist. "That's harsh bro"

I just watched it. Figured I'd be bored with it ---- but wasn't. I'll probably set the Tivo to keep recording it.
Liked the secretary Patty and her line, "I hope I'm interupting something." |

I heard that the AMA or some such was trying to keep the episode from being shown because the dumb-sheep parents out there wouldn't want to vaccinate their
kids after seeing it. so of course I watched it and told everyone I know to watch it.
I'll have to see another episode or two before I decide if I like it or not. |

I had zero expectations and only watched this ep on line tonight because there is no more new TV out there and was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it so
much. I liked how they made two characters break the stereotypical mode that make up the majority of "heartfelt dramas where the lead character gets shit
on by EVERY ONE in order to see the light". One was of course the acupuncturist with his "that's harsh bro" and the other was making
Natasha's character just a fucking normal person that didn't dump his ass because Daddy would be mad. I'll defo be tuning in again.
eta: except for the fact that I have that fucking song completely stuck in my head now! eta part deux: Five bucks this ep set it up where in order to punish Eli he gets a new office in the subterranean basement and is required to take on all the firms required pro-bono cases....

I actually REALLY liked this show, but I agree with whoever said "Father Figure" was a much better George Michael song. Loved the part when everyone
was dancing in the lobby, reminded me of early Ally McBeal, which I LVOED.
I had no idea Angelina Jolie once dated this guy, or was she married to him? When was that? The only thing I had issues with was the fact that there is no way an attorney can ethically represent a client after representing the opposing party in the same law suit, even if a Chinese Wall is up and the client signs a waiver, you just cannot switch sides in the middle when you have been privey to the information of the now opposing side. I'm an attorney discipline paralegal and that bothered me a lot. |

I thought it was adorable. I just got around to watching it on abc.com. I'll follow the 13 episodes, but I think this may be better as a one season hit,
because I can't imagine it sustaining anything decent for a prolonged amount of time. Oh, and please ditch the fiance and hook up with the mother of the
autistic kid.
