There really are no nominees. It works like this: somebody posts a questionaire. People then answer said questionaire and post their answers in the same thread.
The nominations, if you want to call them that, are generally somebody saying "I think *name here* should win *name of award*". It's pretty informal. I guess if nominations were needed, it wouldn't be too big of a deal but this worked pretty well last year the way it is.
I'll probably just post the questionaire in THIS thread, then start a new thread for the actual awards.
