Most people highly doubt what Coby said, that "Cirie wasn't asked". She might have told people she wasn't asked, but it seems very unlikely
that they wouldn't even ask her at all.

The newbie team is going to have to have some buff people on it to be able to win any of the challenges. Besides Jon and Cirie all of those people are some of
the best post-ASS challenge performers we've had.

I think the first battle will be between Fairplay and Ami - I think those two will absolutely hate each other after five minutes together. JFP has milked his
Survivor fifteen minutes for absolutely all it was worth and I think he'll try to be memorable rather than try and win the game.
I wonder if Jon Penner and Parviti will be able to work together. I could see a boy vs girl line in the sand drawn early - especially wtih Ami's "history" in the game and Fairplay wanting to stick around long in the game. Ami and JFP would be my first two boot targets in the game - in that order. |

I think at the end of the day, they just didn't want pre-existing relationships completely fucking with a merge like they did in the first All-Stars. Had
Amber been booted, we end up with Lex and friends taking over the game when Tom flips. If Amber stays, its because Rob and Lex have a relationship outside of
the game that the general public is completely unaware of.
I wouldn't mind 2 tribes of 10 to start, simply because we'll already know one of them, making it easier to get to know the people on the newbie tribe. 2 of 8, 2 of 10, 3 of 6. I just hope we are not dealing with 2 tribes of 9. Starting with an odd number of people makes for a boring game. |

I just wish they had more diversity season wise. How could they have no one from Palau and Guatemala (and the one person from EI has evidence against her
being there)? They have someone from PI who will likely be a very early boot, and they have three people from Cook Islands! How did this happen? If they
don't want pre existing relationships why did they pick Ami and Eliza, Parvati and Jonathan/Ozzy, and so far in China it looks like Amanda and James are
getting along well. I'm just not getting behind EPMB's madness.

That could be nothing more than a rumor, but it's what was going around this board for a while. If it's true, though, you're right about them hating each other. |

I doubt the producers want to allow even the possibility of the All-Stars getting decimated ala Ulong/Ravu. |

I'm not thrilled about this half-ASS idea, but I do think they picked good people for the ASS contestants. I don't think any of them don't deserve
to be there. I personally hate Fairplay, but I can't say he's not ASS material (much moreso than Boston Rob was, and he's the only other Survivor I
hate). But I am super-excited about Ami, Eliza, and Cirie!

can people stop bashing parvati....
she was a memorable character and actually did good at challenges and stuff.... i think its totally fine for ppl to use their looks or whatever to get further in the game... that is STRATEGY!!!! i cannot believe that people actually were ok with JENN being on All Stars and have a huge problem with Parvati being on All Stars...... the thing with paravati was that she played that sexy/flirtatious character type and was not a bitch the whole time.... she didnt whine or nethin like that.... so give her a break people.... |

As a follow-up to my earlier post, I can now confirm that Tina Wesson is on the show and is the captain of a Survivor pick'em for tribes and as captain was
immune for the first episode and is fully participating as a participant on the show. Earlier I wasn't sure if she was only on for one episode.
Also, I said that I had news on another female participant. Well that was to confirm that Cirie was on the show. When I last posted, most people were saying she wasn't even asked, but she was and is on the show as well. Last thing, there apparently is a survivor from Season 1 that is also on the show. |
