I bet the little hard-on Trump got from last week's ratings went down a bit.

I don't know why the ratings keep dropping. I've liked all the latest seasons

The ratings collapsing?! Wow, that's a big surprise!
I could definately see the scenario where people turned into the first episode, then saw who the celebrities actually were and stopped tuning in after that first ep. Get real celebrities! Outside of Gene Simmons I think the reaction is "who the hell is this person" to the majority of the people on. That said, the show isn't going anywhere with the writers strike going on. |

Please. You'd abandon this show for America's Next Top Sartorial
Suitmaker in an instance and you know it.

I can see an 8th season going into effect if one isn't already planned. With the writers on strike no new materials are coming in and by the time the
strike is over you have to plan on scripts being written, filming times scheduled, and then editing done. SO even if it ends by the end of the month you still
must allow time to get the shows filmed and edited.

So when's the Mole forum coming back? The way the strike's going it can't be too far behind... ;)

From Zap2It:
A "CSI" rerun, 9.1/14, moved CBS to the front at 9 p.m. NBC snagged second with "The Celebrity Apprentice," 5.9/9. FOX's "Don't Forget the Lyrics," 5.2/8, tied a "Grey's Anatomy" rerun for third in households and beat the ABC show in total viewers. A "Supernatural" repeat on The CW fell slightly from its lead-in.Which means thus far: EPISODE 1: 7.0/11 EPISODE 2: 5.2/8 EPISODE 3: 5.9/9 Surprise surprise, ratings actually went up a bit. |

We'll see how it does when it goes against that crap-fest Lost in two weeks. |

If they gave it the Deal or No Deal lead-in again, ratings would even be better.

I hope it stays a hit because I think they should do more of these with the 'celebrities' it's more interesting, and there's so many to choose
from, Kathy Griffin of course, Janice, all the regulars.

I was just thinking that I actually wouldn't mind another "Celebrity Apprentice". I'm over the gripes I had with the format changes.
Can you imagine them just bringing back Omarosa season after season? And you know she'd do it. That, or each season would have a token "crazy" contestant from a previous season. |

So...is Omarosa the Stephenie of TA?

The ratings will probably hold where they are this week given it will be airing opposite Austrailian Open tennis coverage again this week. |

I know its because they have nothing else to put in the slot...but why Thursday??

I guess we'll have to wait a bit to find out how the lack of Gene Simmons affected the ratings for last nights episode. This is posted on Zap2It:
Note: Ratings for Thursday, Jan. 24 have been delayed by Nielsen. We will post them as they become available. I wonder how the show being pre-empted in favor of the debate in some areas will affect the numbers. |
