CI, have you ever had your tonsils and adenoids removed? My adenoids were really swollen when I was a kid and I snored so loud you could hear it outside. They took them out and I haven't snored since, although my ex said I wheezed in my sleep..wtf?
And I take Zanaflex for muscle pain and helps me fall asleep - usually 45 minutes after I take it I'm out.

Nope, I still have my tonsils and adenoids. Nothing has been removed except a few teeth that got pulled. I even still have my bottom wisdom teeth. I do need
braces, though -- my bite is all fucked up -- I wonder if that has anything to do with nighttime breathing problems?
Doctor prescribed trazodone to help with sleep. Ambien didn't do much of anything for me. Theoretically, since trazodone is an antidepressant also used
as an anti-anxiety med and sleep aid, I should be happier at least -- right?
Of course, I'd be happier if Tony would win this weekend. Double happiness to see GayJay's, Shrub's, Jeffy's, and Happy's cars all crash
and fry.
