Did Ron and Christina each win the new Mitsubishi i-MiEV

Considering Phil didn't say which make or model and didn't show a picture, no one knows. We all watched the same broadcast, right?

Phil said they seat 4 so I'm assuming they're nothing but those golf cart things.

I imagine it is one of those little neighborhood electric vehicles, not much more than a souped up golf cart.

I think those souped up golf cart things are called Gem cars. Or atleast that's what the called them on Whammy!. So, I'm not sure.
That thing may be ugly, but it looks cool. |

This isn't "Above Top Secret" Manhattan Project level data: I was hoping Ron, Christina, or someone intimately involved in or aware of the
production of the Race might post. I also wanted an excuse to share the video link to the environmentally-friendly car.
Note to the Producers If Toyota is a sponsor of the Race, how about involving the violin playing robot in a Detour or Roadblock of the next installment of the series? :) |

I was wondering about that. Have there been any other prizes where they didn't give a plug for the product?

Ron and Christina don't post here.

Do Ron or Christina have Facebook or Myspace accounts?

oh ehm gee |

erickman wrote: Because whoever made it didn't pay up. No cash = no brand name mention. Back in TAR 9 Mercedes got name dropped twice, so it's not like they do it for all brands. |

warren belvedere wrote: Gee, just what we need. More product placement shit. And Racers on a Race that is broadcasting aren't suppose to post until their season ends. Yeah eco friendly cars are great but not as a product
placement anymore than endless Calitex stations. (See TAR Asia). I can take one more appearance of the roving gnome if they run over him and bury him
finally.

Maybe it's Segway?

You've gotta be pretty flexible to seat 4 on a Segway

Maybe the car company found out they were too efficient, and did not require any maintenance and few parts. Along with gluttonous oil producing types were unable to make money off the consumer canned the vehicle before the airdate!
