"Top This Party: Las Vegas" follows Brian "Breakfast" Rice, a party planner known for his spectacular events that always deliver the unexpected in a city where anything goes.I just caught this show for the first time. The lady who was celebrating being single and her "assistant" were both rude and bitchy. Probably played up for dramatic effect but I don't understand why anyone would want to be portrayed that way, rich or not. I guess for any OC Housewives wannabees, this is the show to be on.
