This forum is meant as an alternative to Spoilers, to discuss ideas, theories, and other things that cannot be proven. Many people like to spoil the "traditional" way, without relying on "source" spoilers.
No source spoilers or references to source spoilers (direct or subtle) may be posted in this forum. All speculation you wish to make regarding a source spoiler should be done in the appropriate thread in the Spoiler forum.
The source-free rule will not be actively enforced by the administration. If you see a sourced spoiler and want something done about it, PM a mod/admin or reference it in this thread with a link.
"Source" spoilers are defined as information which has no direct evidence beyond the claims made by the poster providing the information. Mersaydeez' or bianca's spoilers would be considered source spoilers, as would any "a friend of a friend who knows Rafe/an editor told me" claim. It would also include the boot picks of any poster or website who is known or suspected to rely on source information. Those people are welcome to post in Spec if they make no allusions to their information and back up all further claims with logical reasoning.
Weight-loss spoilers are an exception to this rule; while they are technically source spoilers, they do not narrow down any spoiling information and indeed are not a practical way of deriving it.
