The rules are the same as Avant's with a few exceptions:

1. The most important change is that everyone will start at the same time on the first leg, but check- in times will matter. Say for example Kittypryde finishes first one leg at 5:32 pm, followed by Smileyriley at 5:38 pm. If the next leg starts at 4 pm, Smileyriley will start 6 minutes after Kittypryde and so on (I will post start times.)

2. As time will be a factor, I will put in some pre-determined bunching points (one flight out of a country, hours of operation, etc.)

3. Money will be used, but only in USD (no conversions.)

4. You are not allowed to beg until you are unable to afford to take a form of transportation (Say you have $3 left, and you can take a $5 taxi ride or run for free, you have to run. If the options are $5 for a taxi or $3 for a subway and you have $1, you are allowed to beg. Begging gives you $5 after 4 updates, so spend wisely.)

5. Everyone will be provided with the same amount of money at the start of every leg. No matter how funny or annoying you may be, there will be no rewards.

On the first leg of the Amazing Race...

10 teams of two set out for a race around the world, but were quickly surprised when given an immediate detour. While teams like Barrett and Lyndon and Peih- Gee and Shii Ann thrived, other teams such as Emilia and Victor and Boris and Natasha struggled.

Peih-Gee: I love Su-Do -Ku!

Boris: We no have Soduko in Moscow.

When teams arrived in Montreal, they had to shoot a certain number of targets before checking in to the pitstop. What looked to be a two way race between Ariel and Brodie and Barrett and Lyndon quickly changed once they realized Peih-Gee and Shii Ann only had one target to hit....

Ariel: This is ridiculous! *cries, panicking*

Barrett: Holy crap, Shii and Peih only have one to hit? Oh...crap! We just lost a half hour lead!

allowing them to sneak into first place and win the leg. Circus performing siblings Victor and Emilia had a breakdown at the detour when they couldn't figure out either task, leading to their elimintation. 9 teams remain, who will be eliminated next.

On the second leg of the Amazing Race...

9 teams of two set out from Montral Canada leving for Berlin Germany. Once in Germany, they discovered the most intense roadblock ever: Eurotrip. Peih Gee and Shii Ann dominated again, figuring out the clue immediately. Pinky and the Brain also had no trouble figuring out the secret location. Other teams like Ariel and Brodie weren't so lucky.

Peih-Gee: We're, like, dominating.

The Brain: I know exactly where the secret location is!

Ariel: GAWD!! What took you so long?

When teams arrived in the mystery location (Pamplona Spain) they were given the choice of playing a Spanish word game, or Running with the Bullls. Once again, Peih Gee and Shii Ann dominated and finished in a straong first place over a half hour before the second team. Although Colt and Rick, Boris and Natasha, and Ariel and Brodie struggled a bit...

Ariel and Brodie: FUBAR

Boris: Still, I worry that road block was all FUBAR.

the real problems didn't occur until Alchemy and Forsythia hit the detour.

Forysthia: Hey we like balls right? *I choose fun with balls*

Forsythia: Oh my fucking god. Screw this nonsense. Let's do it the hard way. *switch to Fun with Bulls*

Alchemy: God we are baldsnarking it today. *switch back to Fun with Balls*

This allowed Pinky and The Brain to catch up and pass them. Even with the problems Alchemy and Forsythia had, Jo and John were still the last place team and were eliminated from the race. Who will be eliminated tonight?

Actually, after thinking about it... I'm still in, but put me at the bottom of the list. Meaning, that if you only have 9 other teams, I'm still in, but if you get 10 or more interested, I'm out.

I work full time during weekdays and I don't want to take a spot someone else might want, only to be out on the first leg due to inactivity.

Thanks, Crowlass. I'm in Utah, so that's Mountain time - 1 hour later than the PST standard AT uses. I don't want to be too much trouble though.

I am toying with a Boris & Natasha avatar. I'm leaning more to the real life movie characters, than the cartoon. Here's my first option of them in Red Square.
