I think it's next Saturday. I read on relityblurred.com that they are bringing back at least some of the old aspects of the show.

Wasn't she just the host? So there was really no point to her being there?
I rarely watch this show anymore because it is too long. I usually just watch the ending. |

Paige was way more than a host. She was always helping paint & shit. They used her to climb in attics since she's so small. She was the bubbly
person that made the show more cohesive. I miss Paige Paige. (Isn't Paige her married last name now?)
I guess they are now willing to overlook the fact that they fired her for being in a nude shower scene in some video. |

TS went way downhill after Paige left, I think she added a lot to the show. The show got worse in other ways around the time Paige left, like letting the
homeowners have more say in the design. I want to see rooms done completely in cardboard and walls covered in feathers, darn it! Doug and Hildi are my faves,
but I miss Vern.

Paige I could care less about. At least she's bringing Doug back with her. As for Hildi...you'd have to be an idiot to want to go on the show again now
that you know she's back.

What fluffy and shady said. The show SUCKED after Paige left, there was no one to tie everything together. I'll have to put this back on my Tivo
I started watching way back when Alex McLeod was the host. I can't even remember what it was like with Alex now. I just remember I was flipping channels and Alex and Amy Wynn were bent over something and I was hooked! ;-) |

Edward! That's my man. I loved every room he did. He's a funny looking man but he can design a space like no other.
I love Vern too but at least we get to see him on his own show on HGTV. He kinda pissed me off last week though. He did a master bedroom & actually bolted 20 or more hanging glass orbs from the ceiling & put those teeny votive candles inside them. You'd need to be a gymnist on a stepladder to light the damn things. Plus, if you wanted to take them down you'd have 20 something holes in your ceiling. |

Yeah, Edward is cool too. He always does nice rooms. I didn't even know Vern had a show on HG, I'll have to check it out.
Remember when Doug put the stripper pole in the bedroom? Good times. |

Doug's most evil room was the "Prison of Love" with the bars on the windows and walls and the toilet seat bench. Ah memories.... |

I cracked up when Doug had done a room for 2 gays that was all white. He spray painted every single thing in the room white. No color at all. He even
painted over some woodwork they had spent hours restoring when they moved in. It was frightening. Then Hildy had the neighbor's house where she did
everything in all black. She stapled black fabric to all the walls. It looked a little better than the white room but it was still bad.

Hildy's most evil room was the one where she stapled 65,000 fake flowers to the bathroom walls.But you could still use the bathroom as a bathroom. IMHO the 2 most evil rooms she did were the 1) the one where she dumped a ton of sand on the floor because she wanted to created a beach-like effect where people could "relax" and 2) she nailed all the furniture to the ceiling. I'm kinda glad Paige is coming back. She wasn't my favoritie person, but the show was lacking without an official host. I compare it with "Clean House". Niecy Nash doesn't do anything per se, but without her the show isn't the same. Ditto Trading Spaces. I'll be interested in seeing the difference when Paige returns. |

Hildy's worst room was the straw on the walls room she did for the lesbian couple with a few little kids . At least they had a sense of humor!
I love Paige..and squeed like a fangirl when I saw the commercial ( yes, I'm bad when it comes to my fav home shows).. I love Doug..thought that old queen with a "wife" Frank was funny/ I agree, I like Edward as well. The southern gentleman with shoe polished hair, but looked better with the ponytail. Comes back this coming Saturday @ 10 est. |

I just wish that they went for a more tasteful look, rather than the shock value. But then it wouldn't be TS. |
