I think we are definitely going to see the final five consisting of the women, I think the spoilers for that are spot on.

I think at the final five, Alexis goes, either by 3-2, where the faves team up to break up the two remaining fans, then at the final four, Parvati/Cirie/Natalie team up to take out Amanda because she is a threat for the jury votes. Last week I believed Cirie would win, this weeks episode has cast some doubt because she wasn't really showcased that much, and all of the strategic gameplay credit went to Parvati for Ozzy's boot and then of course Natalie was heavily featured in setting up Jason's demise. However Cirie was part of some of the key strategy scenes between the women (the scene between Parvati/Amanda/Cirie reaffirming final three, and the scene between the five women dicussing the plan to take out Jason).

I think the reason they are showing Parvati and now Natalie in all these negative scenes is to show the reason why these two women lose in the final three.
