Yay Parv! : D
So glad Edgic was able to get it right after last seasons Amandagate. |

Congrats the Parv and Edgic. Although I feel this season was pretty easy to guess that winner, I'm glad mostly everyone stuck with Parv the whole time and
didn't mess up two seasons in a row.

Congrats Edgic on the great victory.... I'm sad about Cirie (for a multitude of reasons...) but I'm glad that the E1 rules are finally holding true - male or female!!! It's been a pleasure participating here with you all. Congrats Parvati on your win! |

Seriously, from now on, you guys should just analyse the first episode ONLY and see who already talks about the end game or something like that. Because at the
reunion show, with Todd & Parvati, they took out quotes from the first episode. So there you go.

First episode isn't everything, but it's a whole lot.
Amanda = UTR1 in episode 1, should have been 100% eliminated. The INV episode absolutely eliminated her 100%. I can't believe there was even ANY discussion of her as a possible winner the past couple of weeks. It just shows how persuasive the editing can be in the final episodes. Always trust your gut and trust the foundations laid down in the first episodes. Always. |

It really all makes sense now!
.. considering it was a final 2. |

I guess we can jump in Parvati's water, it's warm. Michael |

Alffmix wrote: I agree. Parv was the obvious winner if we look only at the first episode. The editors should get smarter and give at least 3 people a end-game winners
quote so we can't tell who wins right off the bat.

They gave us two this year, but only a lamebrained idiot would look at Alexis...oh wait!

No, I know Alexis got one, but she wasn't even in the Finale. They should have given Cirie and Amanda a end-game winners quote to make the Finale more
shocking.

It kinda sucks to see that the winner of fans vs. favorites was neither a favorite (replacement for fricking Candice of all people) nor a fan (only one
question right out of five). I guess I can accept and respect Parvati's win over Amanda though, AMAI, after that shitty performance. I just wish the
editors had made Parvati at least SOMEWHAT likable. I mean, yeah, she appeals to the fantards that obsess over every cute white girl in her twenties
(*coughcoughdictatorshipcoughcough*) but she's like Jenna M. She had a ton of moments that just made her look horrible and undeserving. She's a great
player, but they could've made her at least a LITTLE positive or funny or something.

Not every winner is going to be sugary sweet.
Amanda is all gumdrops and lollipops, but Parvati won. Instead of wasting time trying to mold her edit into a Colleen or Elisabeth, they just told the straightforward story of HOW and WHY she won the game. Viewers may still not like Parvati, but they probably respect her game more. At the very least they got to see the moves she made and why she made them. Unlike Danni where viewers were scratching their heads, wondering if she won because she was likeable, or just because Steph was so disliked. I still don't know the answer to that question because they never told us anything. Who's Danni? I have no idea. |

I'm not saying she had to be sugary sweet. Just don't make her look like a stupid bitch. Seriously, there were so many little scenes that were
completely unnecessary, even for causing doubt, yet they were put in and it just felt like Parvati was thrown under the bus, like Jenna.

The seventh vote absolutely gave it away but it was absolutely brilliant and the producers deserve kudos for totally pulling the wool over the eyes of the players and viewers alike. Hopefully F3 was just a transition thing to let them pull off a big shocker like this and F2 is here to stay with no surprises anymore (and seven jurors once again).I still have to winder if F3 was originally planned, but James' late game medivac made them drop it to F2. I just don't see them PLANNING an even-numbered jury. I also correctly predicted all the jury votes.Where have they published all of the jury votes? |

I think Parvati's "pee water" and other colorful moments were their attempt to lighten up Parvati's edit. I guess it didn't work too
well.
I also think it was a conscious editing choice to show Parvati as the ruthless mastermind, in contrast to her fluffy edit last time. They didn't want Parvati to be too likeable. |

I'm pretty sure the F3 will be back considering Cirie lost becuase there was a F2.

Oh, you bet I respect her game, and that's why Eliza voted for her. Parv was a near-perfect CPN winner. People may not have liked her, but damn - she
played the game. She's a player, and that's what gets respect. She was also perhaps the best gangbuster female winner. No wondering about UTR
playing, no sliding by. She was tough and mean and reveled in it.
So would SEG give us a strong CPN female winner? Yep. Do I like her? No, not really, but so what? You're not supposed to like those sorts of winners. But you know why you won and you come away from the finale thinking, "I don't like her, but damn - she has game." (I loved that little zing Oz gave Jeff when JP asked about the romance with Amanda: "Oh, you know how those Survivor girls are, Jeff..." Wow. Right between the eyes on that one.) |
