I don't really buy that he got rid of Dymz because she was a criminal justice major. I think he was just undecided and decided to go with her to get in one
final "fuck you" to everyone who voted on the internet.
I know Flav isn't exactly the brightest man alive but it kind of amazes me that he would really, truly be surprised/pissed off that viewers chose contestants who they felt would make the best TV instead of a bunch of generic hot girls. Come the fuck on Flav, if your show wasn't such a trainwreck no one would watch. You'd think that for as blissfully unaware as he is, he'd at least have THAT little factoid down. |

I'm just not feeling the cast this season. All the girls aren't exactly lookers for the most part and they don't seem to be bringing the drama as
quickly as you would expect. Saaphyri already got kicked out on the season 2 premier for fighting. This is probably the most sedate bunch ever. Shy seems to be
the only shit stirrer so far and I'm not sure of the other girls are up to the challenge.
And talk about horrible internet choices. Flav was right in taking almost all of them out. |

So here's my dilemma:
I LOVE trashy television, I adored Tila Tequila and ILNY but I absolutely CAN NOT STAND Flavor Flav... at all. So am I beyond help? Should I just give up on the show or does it turn out worth it eventually... how did others overcome this? Surely others hate him as much as me... |

I think part of the problem is that Flav tries to come off as too nice with getting Sheryl Lee Ralph attempting to bring peace and harmony and kumbaya to the
group. You need a bitchier bachelor to offset the bitches and this is why NY's show seems a better balance.
That said, I liked when Ice brought out the ILNY clock in the operating room. And Thing 1 and Thing 2 just crack me up in their confessionals. They seem so clueless.
