Marissa got an 8 from Bruno because she missed one fucking step in the quickstep.
Christian is better than Jason. No scores yet, but I don't get the hate. The judges are liking him though. Jason got his usual pimp score, including a 10 from Len, even though he sucked. |

I think everyone has done okay so far. Nothing to really make you sit up and take notice or get excited about.
It certainly didn't look like Christian was favoring his arm that much, to me. |

The hushed audience reaction to Cheryl and Cristian getting three 9s was strange. Even though this season has had less overuse of the 10 paddle, people still
seem to believe using the 9 paddle is a shocking markdown.

You're right.
More of Len hating Kristi to make the new Helio look better. I'm not sure if I like Carrie Ann more when she's the schoolmarm or when she's trying to be the cool judge. Sometimes she ends up looking like one of the "with it" neighbors on a 70s sitcom. |

Yeah, I don't understand Len's criticisms of Kristi at all, especially when he gives Jason 10's. Even an amateur can tell that Kristi is the far

This is the second time I absolutely HATED Jason's Paso and he got a good score. He doesnt do anything.

I noticed Jason's lift too. And that one pass they did, he wasn't even dancing, it looked like he was just casually strolling down the sidewalk or
something.
I actually agreed with Carrie Ann's comments on Marissa. That was just completely boring. |

Yeah, but the rumba is always boring. I'm sure there's been one or two that weren't, but I don't remember them at all. The one I do remember
is Ian and Cheryl dancing the rumba to "Imagine." So stupid, they should just get rid of that dance.
I guess I'm the only one who likes Christian? He's not great, but he's way better than Jason. Jason is horrible. |

What a mostly dull set of dances this has been. I'm so sick of the sight of Cheryl Burke but Marissa is probably leaving this week. Which is worse: a guy
with one arm, or a chick whose quickstep looks like the mother of the bride dancing with the father of the groom?
I should clarify: I've really enjoyed Marissa all season, but tonight it just felt like the same dance (in slow mo, too.) |

I wish Kristi's hair hadnt gotten stuck on her face, that was kinda distracting.
I cant imagine that these judges really think that Jason/Cristian/Marissa are on the same level of dancer that Kristi is, yet they grade them all very similarly. |

over-choreographed, I think.

Okay - was it just me or did Len ignore the special step he instructed each celeb to include in their Latin dances? I noticed Kristi put the special step in
her Jive, but didn't see if the others did. Len didn't comment on the inclusion by Kristi of that step, is my point.
