The reason CI has hardly been mentioned in here is because, to the casual fan, it was a very strong season with a great story line. Even Probst calls it one
of his favorite seasons. It also brought about a whole bunch of new stuff like the race twist, a mutiny (that worked), and the introduction of the final
three. However bad some of those things may have been, to most people, Cook Islands is hardly forgettable.

This one's easy for me, Fiji. The extremely boring cast with rare exception, the very poor editing, the fact that it was sandwiched between two very
notable seasons all contribute it to being very forgetable. Worst pre-merge part of the game ever by far. It was certainly a better season than Cook Islands,
but the suckitude of Cook Islands raises it above Fiji in notability with me. Will probably be the only season I'll never rewatch.

I remember all the season from Season 1 to Season 11
The most forgetable are S12 and S14 because they were not just good and Survivor isn't that popular at their time. |

S12 had lower then usual ratings due to CBS' mistake in thinking Survivorn could take on both AMerican Idol and the Olympics. If they had waitedd a month
later, ratings probably would of been fine. Also, basd on word of mouth, S12 is considered by many to be one of the best seasons in a while

Quiddity wrote: I completely agree. I personally can't remember hardly anything from either Cook Islands or Fiji, but Cook Islands is my least favorite season and, to me, the worst season ever, which makes it more memorable. Fiji's just completely forgettable in every way. It even takes me a second to remember the winner. |

Palau & Thailand
Fiji is honorable mention. |

Based on people I've talked to, the casual fan really enjoys CI, I'm not sure why, but oh well. It seems that people can easily identify the original
ones and the newest ones, so usually the ones in the middle get easily forgotten. I'd probably add a vote to Thailand, but when listing off all the
seasons, I usually list Marquesas or Palau last.

Yeah, Cook Islands was definitely memorable to me. It was my first season and I was just a casual viewer back then, so I really, really liked it.
Fiji kind of sucked though. |

I'd say the most forgettable season for me is a three-way tie between Thailand, EI, and Fiji. Those aren't my bottom three seasons though (except for
Thailand).
Vanuatu is probably very forgettable amongst casual fans of the show, and for me it would be except for the last few episodes. The season being on DVD also helps a bit. |

I'm going to say that the most forgettable season is Fiji, even though it was only a year ago. This would make the vote tally for this thread:
Borneo: 0 Australia: 1 Africa: 3 Marquesas: 1 Thailand: 10 Amazon: 4 Pearl Islands: 0 All-Stars: 0 Vanuatu: 1 Palau: 3 Guatemala: 7 Exile Island: 5 Cook Islands: 1 Fiji: 17 China: 0 |

What this thread needs is more people naming Cook Island, and then RR showing up with a 3-page essay of why it's the best season ever.

Three pages? Try twenty pages. I am shocked, shocked, SHOCKED that he has not shown his face yet to call us all biased racists.

I love how RR always says that hes not calling us racist. Hes just saying we have racial bias... |

The sheer fact that it brings up such utter hatred, plus the controversial aspects like the splitting tribes by race, even though it only lasted 2 episodes,
will always make it a memorable season. Memorable certainly doesn't equal good though.
"You all hate Cook Islands not because it was a shitty season, but because you have biases towards the minority castaways. Your hatred of the season is based solely on their race and nothing else. If they were white, you'd have loved the season. Of course I say this having never met you people in person, and hence having no idea what your race is in the first place." -_- Seems like the pure definition of racism to me. Bah, what am I saying, Ravu would never say that last sentence. |

I definetly agree. Cook Islands just bc of the race issue will be memeorable, so much more memeorable than exile island. Although quite honestly i hope every
season will stay memeorable.
