Then to mock like a 2 year old every time he tried to talk saying , "manage your team PM, Manage you team PM" over and over. The maturity level was just nil. This was not an adult fight on either side. But Omerosia was just embarassing. Acting like a child, threatening with violence, following him around like that obviously trying to sabotage.
The way he kept bringing his family into the insults even disturbed Lenox Lewis from his comments about it. He said saw a lot more than we did and he said "Omerosa has a lot of venim inside her. I would rather be on her good side then her bad. Certain things that were said I don't think I would have said them. It seemed to have crossed the line. It seemed very Ghetto, very mean, very nasty" Says a lot about how she behaved that day.

Now this post is not a defense of Piers either. He is an ass. He is almost proud of being an ass. He will use anyone to get ahead and try to win. He will tell anyone what he thinks of them and not sugar coat it in anyway. This is not always the best trait. He is offensive. I wouldn't want to live in that apt with him. He almost took offense to Omerosa being on the show with them from the beginning. Yes Piers isn't a big celeb here but he is well known in Europe where he is a publisher. He has a lot of contacts in his industry. He may be an ass but he is better suited to be on the show then O. He is full of himself, like Gene was, but he has made himself and earned some of his ego. O hasn't. Though I would have rather seen a Gene O smack down personally.

I don't think either of these asses should win. But if I have to choose the lesser of the two evils I would have to choose Piers. Yes he has offended many on the show. But someone who is willing to speak the truth is going to offend. The truth hurts and pisses people off. Baldwin IS a hypocrite so I can't fault Piers for saying that. That whole Vinnie being a mole thing was stupid and childish. But he did it willingly. He seemed to WANT to do it in the beginning. Then changed his mind later and got pissed at Piers and he MADE him do it. He didn't make you go out there and act your way onto their team. He told you to stand outside their door and listen. I don't like HOW Piers says a lot of things but what he says is correct a lot of the time. Lenox was a bad PM and didn't come up with any new ideas and taking a vote on everything is bad leadership.

As far as winning the one with the best ideas, keeping his cool, getting along with people, good motivator would be the country singer, Trace.
