We cedar paneled all our closets, ceiling and all. We also built hidden recessed locking cupboards in our bedroom closet and that is also covered with the
cedar.
It was hard work.. but it turned out nice! |

The cedar sounds marvelous! We bought units at Ikea for a quick fix, but I second CBR's idea for white or cream.
