I've mentioned they're two brothers and a girlfriend living over there....nice guys but HUGE partiers. Well....I guess the younger bro has been partier harder than they knew....he ODed in the basement last night partying with his buddy. They aren't sure but they think something like Oxycontin...maybe meth. We were shoveling snow a few weeks ago and he told me he just took 4 Lortabs....I chuckled and said "yer gonna be blitzed, dude". WOAH! Heavy stuff comin' down from there. Very weird.

We kept trying to get a round of bumper pool in but we were too busy since they moved in. It's kind of weird that, frequently, people who have serious drug and drinking problems are the nicest, sweetest people. The kid was very helpful shoveling other people's sidewalks just to be a nice guy.

When they told us they were gonna rent it until the market picked up....we were all pissed. We knew that's the beginning of when neighborhoods get trashier.

They were awful. They had newer cars than I had had but didn't seem to have to go to work. They're kids patrolled the area looking for easy targets. My neighborhood was going from middle class to a jungle. I was going to take a loss and sell my house but then the owner tried to kick them out because they stopped paying rent. I don't know how much section 8 directly pays. She couldn't kick them out because the government protects the useless. She had to sell her house because it was the only way to get rid of them. Thank God they're gone.
