Why did Tocarra even come back on the show if she is content with her body and doesn't feel the need to change? Seems like a waste of everybody's time.

The 1 versus 100 gig isn't the best for her comedy style. I need to watch it again to see if she lost significant weight.

I get that about Tocarra but she has to know they are going to comment on her body fat percentage. They are not saying she's obese but they are saying that she needs to think about her health more LONG term versus just toning and not changing the behaviors which can lead to problems for her later on. She should have been prepared for Dr. Ian's comments since she has been on the show AND has seen the show since she was on it.

She continuously says she does not "need" to lose weight and is content so why come back on the show? I understand the tone up and firm things but she's just being extra bitchy, sensitive, and dramatic. Why come on the show if you do not want to hear the good and bad comments. She's acting like a spoiled kid. She should have just stayed at home and "toned up" without the help of the panel if she is gonna have a hissyfit when the comments are not compliments.

What did she expect:

Dr. Ian: Tocarra you are fine just the way you are. No need to change anything about yourself even though you volunteered to come on the show which basically means you agree that you need our help.
Dr. Stacy: Tocarra you are sooooo beautiful. Keep doing what you're doing girl.
Harvey: Tocarra, you are expected to lose... ZERO pounds for next week. Have a good day.

It doesn't work like that and does not make any sense that she is expecting this.

I agree but they still gave Dunkleman and Erin Moran instructions for keeping a healthy diet, an exercise regimen, and a weight loss goal. The weight loss goal may not be high double digits but it still assists in helping them to acheive their toning and healthier lifestyle goals. They have the same idea for Tocarra but she ain't trying to hear that. It would be irresponsible for them to have this type of show and not mention Tocarra's body fat percentage and offer suggestions for her to reach her goal. If Tocarra is not practing healthy eating habits AND is not working out then she IS exhibiting an unhealthy lifestyle. Yes it's hard to hear but she has to know something is not working for her or she would not have come back on the show.

Look at Somorre. She is not "obese" and is the average American woman. She's not trying to lose 40 pounds but is trying to lose a little, tone up, and be more "fit". They mentioned her body fat percentage (which I believe is more than Tocarra) and she did not have a conniption when they discussed her body fat percentage and discussed her lifestyle. They actually complimented her for taking it gracefully.

I actually like the direction the show is taking with emphasizing "fitness" versus weight loss. It's something we can all pick up pointers from.
