Well there wasn't much to improve on because of how shittily she performed in Panama, but she has managed to fuck up her entire game at her second tribal council! Amazing how Cirie does it, ain't it! Voting out Cirie at this point would have caused more disruption at the next tribal when they want to vote Partwati or Yau AGAIN, therefore give Cirie what she wants this tribal, and the next there is someone else OTHER than them that is more of a target. THey want to keep the bigger targets in the game and that is why Cirie was not voted out.

Regardless, Ozzy+friends would probably be best voting off Cirie once they get in a comfortable lead, seeing as she's shown herself to be wishy-washy as far as alliances are concerned.
