^^^Yeah when Ramona said that Bethenny was probably just jealous of her, Kelly said something to the effect of "....That's like me being jealous of
you...why would I be jealous of you? to Ramona. 
Kelly's rant was the sophomoric, high school calling-out. Not Bethenny's reaction as Kelly says. She even had the head swivel and drippy sarcastic tone in her voice (as she repeated everything Bethenny said) to prove it! Whomever said she seemed to have a half-baked plan of what to say hit it on the head. She didn't expect Bethenny to stick up for herself.
The funniest thing is that she had just finished telling Ramona that she should just politely and briefly acknowledge people she hates (Simon) and walk away - because life's too short. Hypocrite!!!
