Do you have any plans for what you'd do if suddenly something like this happened to you? There has to be some way of being a millionnaire if something like this happens. Question is how!!

If everything went wrong, and you found yourself thrown away 10 years in the past. Who will be YOUR constant?

I'd have to get a pet turtle or something...I don't think I have any constants.

Why does it have to be who? Why can't my constant be a copy of "The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy" or a pen? Explain that Faraday! And when is Vincent getting his damn close-up Cuseloff? |

catspasms - I'll be your Constant, too! Your turtle might not answer the phone or something.

Actually, it can be. In fact, Faraday said he wasn't sure a person would work. We know now it does, but if it's an object as long as you keep it with you it would work just fine. Theoretically. |

Chet. That way he could suck in the past, present, and future and I would know all is right with the world.

Actually, it can be. In fact, Faraday said he wasn't sure a person would work. We know now it does, but if it's an object as long as you keep it with you it would work just fine. Theoretically.I kinda thought it was gonna be the photo of Penny and Desmond when Daniel mentioned needing a constant. But how could he keep it with him? The writing on his hand disappeared. Everytime he moved through time his clothing changed back to what he was wearing at that time and in that year, so if he had the picture in his pocket wouldn't it get lost when he time traveled? If things are a constant, we know an article of clothing won't work. I can't imagine how an object would work. |

Desmond did have the picture in both time periods. Weird huh? I thought that'd be his constant too. |

You're right. He never physically went anywhere. SO of course the photo wasn't used since that would have meant no tear-jerking phone
conversation with Penny.
