Ricotta is OK in lasagna if there's not too much and it's not so noticeable. If I spot it though, I scrape it off.

Tofu - not edible due to texture.
Edimame or whatever that shit is, has hair on it, not edible. Steak tartare, yum! I guess it's a midwestern thing. But, I can not eat rare uncooked steak, it tickles my throat. Have fun with that one, but true. |
