The Sox aren't "60-102" bad, rS. Notice that I haven't made any predictions yet, I've only disagreed with Gene's prediction. I'm
thinking 82-80 is more like it. And 12 games back of 2nd place.
Oh...and show me where I made any excuses for how bad the Sox were last season. You won't because I didn't make any. They sucked and I said so, early and often. |

they're not going to be 82-80
who have they added? nick swisher and um orlando cabrera? all of their good players (dye, thome, konerko) are old and likely to start declining (or continue, in dye's case) there's no reason to think they'll be any better than they were last year |

I know I dont have high hopes for the Yankees this year. I think the team most likely to win post season is Detroit, so far. At least from a batting
standpoint.
