As many of you know, yesterday was my birthday. Cupcake got a very large bonus at work and, as a good wife should, she wants to spend some of it on me. She suggested replacing my Super Nintendo with a more current system. I want to get something that we will both enjoy. What I'd like to know from you people is which system offers more to the adult female, casual gamer. I asked her what kind of games she likes and she didn't really know. Make sure you buy a game for her that will look like you put a lot of thought into it, but something she will get bored with quick. Then it's all yours!

Personally I have no interest in shoot-em ups or anything like that, so the Wii appealed to me because it was more physical. I love sports and playing sports is so much fun on the Wii instead of just sitting there. So I guess for me the more physical the game play the more I like it, if that makes sense. I don't think it's necessarily because I'm a woman, just personal preference.
