I just watched The Other Boylen Girl , and damn that king henry was a bastage. Now i wanna watch this Tudors series (i watched its premier but the whole
english history didn't make much sense to me with the multiple Henry's - i think i'll appreciate it better now that i'm all wikied up on the
Tudor history).
Is the first series playing somewhere or do i have to illegally download it. |

Just to show what a fat festering hypocritical sociopath Henry was: He used the bible passage of Leviticus to justify/demand his annulment/divorce from Katherine of Aragon. Insisted because his older brother Arthur was married (and had cardinal knowledge of) to Katherine first, God deemed the marriage unclean and this is the reason he was unable to produce sons from the union. However, it was OKAY for Henry to marry Anne even though he had carnal knowledge of Anne's sister Mary for several years. |
