"If you eat while on slop, you'll get a penalty nomination," is only valid if YOU'RE NOT nominated. If you're nominated (HELLO, JEN), and want to use a penalty nomination as a chance to stay in the game, it won't work, as BB will give you a penaly vote. I THOUGHT JOSH WATCHED THE SHOW!

Nat just mentioned to Josh about showing the rule book to Ryan to show to him why the should keep Josh now - so maybe they re-wrote that rule this year, post-Jen.

It is different than Jen last year, because James is still in the game, and James is target number ONE. Yes, it's risky as hell, but Dude is going home Wednesday without it, and it buys him one more week. Josh is going to stage it as a breakdown, and I think that is so Sharon won't realize it's just strategy. I don't think Sharon will do the same thing.

I must admit, my hate for him is waning, especially with the Team Christ bullshit. He's going to be fucked, though with the penalty vote -- no way to swing it after that since his assumed weakness in the next week won't happen and it'll be 4-1, instead of 3-1 for him to go. Too bad the rule book is incomplete.
