True enough! I think that Brooke is the one with the most to lose this week. She must be praying to make it to Neal Diamond week because singer-songwriter stuff is her forte. Brooke does NOT have a voice for Broadway. Of course, neither does anyone else but Archuleta but range, power and emotion can make up for the lack of vocal purity needed for the Andrew Lloyd Webber tunes.

Of any of the weeks, I think song choice is absolutely vital this week. Some of the most popular ALW songs are not necessarily his best ones - some of the lesser-known songs will actually showcase voices in a better light. BUT you have to balance that with risking the audience not knowing the song. Broadway is not for everyone and there will be a lot of AI viewers (especially the "tweens" who haven't a clue that there is any Broadway except "Wicked"!) who are not that familiar with any ALW other than "Cats" and "Phantom". Should be a very, very interesting show!!

If Syesha attempts anything BUT Phantom, she's toast. It is the only true Diva musical of the bunch. Of course, being in the bottom 3 almost as many times as KKKristy was, she is probably toast no matter what song she chooses.

Aw shucks! You are much too kind! I've been involved with musicals as a performer or director for the last 30 years. It is my "bread and butter" so to speak...

And, yes, Wicked was amazing. I saw it at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and at the Arnoff Theatre in Cincinnati. Both productions were stunning! Would have killed to see Chenowith and Menzel on Broadway!!!
