I don't have that much of a problem with public speaking. I went to school/work in theatre so most of my anxiety has been erased due to constantly being
around outgoing people. Had I been asked this question in like 9th grade, I probably would have scored like a 90.

11 (fear) + 13 (avoidance) = 24 I hate calling people I don't know and hate public washrooms. Plus, avoiding pushy salespeople, but thats more out of hatred of incompetant sales people, never really considered that a social anxiety thing. |
