And "kinda" liked The Bionic Woman. Hopefully, the rebirth of Knight Rider will be better than The Bionic Woman (which, still, wasn't that bad.) I am surprised Pushing Daisies is coming back.. didn't that air about 3 shows and fall of the face of television? (I didn't like it anyway). Was Scrubs actually canceled? I thought they announced last season was their last season? Wheeee.. another Celebrity Apprentice... The Mole (which is also coming back, no?) did 2 celebrity shows and then died.. maybe Trump will follow suit. What? No "Dance Wars"? How will we survive without that crap fest?

We'll see. Pushing Daisies had a strong premiere episode, but declined in the ratings. Still strong enough for a renewal, though. It sounds like they're going to tone down the whimsy/romance angle a bit this season to bring in more male viewers. Scrubs is headed to ABC, it looks like. As for The Apprentice, it will be on the air for a long, long time. It's basically an infomercial for Trump, so he would pay out of his own pocket to keep it on the air if he had to. And this season it actually rebounded in the ratings and was a hit for NBC. They've already renewed it for 2 more seasons, which will air in 2009 and 2010.

Ptcruisn, I did try watching Pushing Daisies.. but there was something that just annoyed me about that show. (But what do I know... I can't stand The Office either - and I think Steve Carell is awesome)

Kath & Kim is orignally from Australia, The Listener from Canada, and Merlin from Britian. And that's just from NBC! NBC's schedule is just what I expected from that. Hopefully their new programming will be good. Yay for Friday Night Lights being saved! :)

Then again, this is Fox, but whiffing that decision seems beyond even them. Television-wide, anybody sensing that there might be a fortunate side effect of the strike? Shows that might've died midseason are coming back for a season 2?

First year shows and ones ready to go off the air. Unfortunately, things could get worse if the actors strike over the summer. That would be really bad.

They are also saying that it looks good for New Adventures of Old Christine will be picked up. -- "The New Adventures of Old Christine": With CBS' Monday night comedy block continuing to perform strong while other returning shows crash, the network is considering opening up another night of comedy. If so, the net is going to need "Christine." Now ABC wants it it's like when I took something from my brother when he wanted it. :)
