ETA: i asked this question this morning. i remember zach being told in the DR that if he won POV, he COULD NOT use it to change the nomination. he had thought he could put up jameka and one of d/d and then take jameka off so she could vote, but he was told he couldn't do that as HOH at final 4. nobody else remembered this, but i'm almost positive that's what happened last year. The houseguests named the guinea pigs a while ago (way before the HOH comp last night) -- they call them Yogi and Boo-Boo .. Whether Yogi and Boo-Boo are brothers or lovers or possibly both, I don't know..
