I was at work and didn't see all of it...no one did Vision of Love? Easily, my most favorite Mariah song. Maybe on the elimination show, I hope.

They probably thought the crap Ryan did with Michael at the end of the results show would bring in viewers. Apparently not.
Mariah was a better judge off panel than Simon/Ryan/Paula have been all season. |

HoboKitty wrote: Obviously the downward trend is people getting just plain tired of the endless show. Ratings will continue to go down until the finals. AI PTB want people to watch religiously for 5 months for their own benefit - so they can wrap up ratings week in May. Everyone watching already has picked their favorites during the first 3 weeks, and just watch until their favorite gets the boot, then they tune out. |

Fox's "American Idol" won, because it was the highest rated (23 million viewers, 8.6 rating among adults 18-49 and a 23 share). "Idol" had its worst Tuesday rating since 2003. |

I didn't get a single hard on while watching AI on Tuesday night. :-/ And now that Mariah's already made her a lil' cameo, what reason do I have
for watching the rest of the season?

People are just weary from the same b.s. every year. It's like how many different things can Simon think up. Does he have a writer that comes up with the
bun without the hamburger? We have an outlet on Sucks to moan and groan, but other AI viewers probably have to have a stiff drink to get through the whole
thing. They need to revamp the whole show.

In season 5 the show lost three million viewers after Paris was booted. So if the ratings are low now, they will be even lower after Syesha leaves (admittedly,
some people might also START WATCHING AGAIN just because of that...)
