only to tell them that they were done? I can not remember seeing that in the past 7 seasons?

I never understood how he was allowed to compete in the first place. He's not an American. Just because you live here doesn't make you an American. Maybe he should go home and try out for Australian Idol. I bet he wouldn't make the Top 24. Next is that Irish lass...This comment is rather vile. He's been in America for 10 years and has chosen to make his life in America. He married an American woman and it's not like he's hopping on the next flight back to Australia just because he lost AI. He didn't fly over to America specifically for American Idol. He may not be American born but I'm sure he considers himself to be Australian and American by now. The same goes for Carly, she's been in America for 10 years, married an American man and has chosen to make her life here. She's not hoping on the next plane to Ireland if/when she gets eliminated. |
